Rockfish is a light, flaky white flesh that is firm in texture. The versatility of this fish is a prize, as even ā€œnonfish eaters'' can find a rockfish dish worth appreciating. Today we're making an easy Rockfish taco recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Rockfish
  • White Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cilantro
  • Cabbage
  • Miso
  • Hot Paprika
  • Hot Sauce
  • Corn Tortilla
  • Salt

Instructions

Prep your ingredients! MinceĀ Garlic, cutĀ White OnionĀ andĀ CabbageĀ into thin slices, and rough chopĀ Cilantro.

Heat your pan. Once heated add Miso and start sautéing White Onions. Once sautéd add in Rockfish, Garlic, Salt, Hot Paprika, and Hot Sauce. As the Rockfish starts to cook, break it apart with you spatula until it's broken down into smaller pieces.

When theĀ RockfishĀ is cooked, heat yourĀ TortillaĀ in the same pan.

Fill your Tortilla with your Rockfish mixture and top withĀ CabbageĀ andĀ Cilantro.
