Heidi con CSF Cooler y Hans sosteniendo pescado

La matriarca de la familia H&H

El papel de Heidi en una inesperada pero gratificante carrera de mariscos comenzó cuando tenía solo 23 años. Ella y Hans lanzaron H&H con un simple mercado de agricultores que vendía la captura de salmón local salvaje de Hans. Él lo atraparía, ella lo vendería.

Al estudiar negocios en ese momento, Heidi descubrió que tenía un amor natural por el servicio al cliente y el espíritu empresarial mientras se ponía creativa y expandía su negocio agregando cada vez más mercados de agricultores a su agenda, adquiriendo licencias para comenzar a comprar a otros amigos pescadores locales de Hans, para eventualmente contratar empleados y crecer para administrar 16 mercados semanales, siendo los compradores residentes de mariscos del puerto de Santa Cruz y abriendo un mercado minorista de pescado, todo mientras criaba a sus 2 hijos, hija Dahlia y su hijo Sebastián.

En 2012, Heidi construyó y lanzó la primera Pesca apoyada por la comunidad programa que aún se ejecuta hasta el día de hoy. Mientras Hans adquiere el pescado, Heidi es el corazón del programa que administra la base de datos, el servicio al cliente y los empleados. Es algo que realmente ama y está asombro por la forma en que ha crecido a través de los años.

En 2018 continuó con su espíritu emprendedor creativo y organizó su sueño de un servicio de catering de bar crudo móvil en lo que ahora es una subsidiaria de H&H - Barra cruda deshulada. A Heidi le encanta el aspecto creativo de construir una marca y ha disfrutado viendo esta visión cobrar vida de una manera que es muy diferente de H&H pero con los valores centrales de excelentes mariscos, servicio al cliente y estilo.

Heidi maneja todas las tareas ejecutivas para H&H, incluidos recursos humanos de empleados y pescadores, servicio al cliente por correo electrónico, supervisión de marca/marketing, administración minorista y contabilidad.
 
En su tiempo libre a Heidi le encanta explorar la naturaleza (especialmente playas), escribir, arte, fotografía, pescar con su hijo, salir con su hija, hacer casa, viajar, pasar tiempo con la familia, y tiene pasión por la salud y el fitness.

A ella le encanta su papel en la familia H&H y en la comunidad local. Ella apoya con alegría a sus clientes, empleados, pescadores y familia en todas las formas que puede.
