We've been making waves in the heart of Santa Cruz Harbor since 2003, and now we're looking for enthusiastic folks to help us spread the joy of sustainable seafood at local Farmers' Markets. If chatting with folks and championing eco-friendly choices sounds like your kettle of fish, then you'll fit right in!

Responsibilities

• ‍‍We love consistency! You'll become a familiar face at your assigned market, creating a warm, community feel and forging strong bonds with our regulars (who make up about 80% of our clientele!).‍‍
• Our shifts start early in the morning, so if you’re more of a sunrise than sunset person, this is your time to shine!‍‍
• Got a clean driving record? You could be at the wheel, steering us towards success. Don't worry if driving's not your thing – there's room for ride-alongs too!‍‍
• Ready to flex those muscles? You'll need to comfortably lift 50lbs.‍‍
• If you love seafood, that's a big plus! (But not a dealbreaker if you're just here for the good vibes.)‍‍‍‍
• Bring your A-game with top-notch organization and customer service skills that'll make every visitor's day.

Requirements

• Money matters! If you're comfortable handling cash and making change, you're already winning.
• Early risers, this one’s for you! If late-night parties aren't your jam, you’ll love the freshness of morning markets.
• Do you beam with pride over a job well done? That's exactly what we're fishing for!
• Our team is lively, our customers are delightful, and we're looking for someone who can keep that energy flowing.
• Able to lift 50lbs without breaking a sweat (or at least not too much of a sweat).
