We all know and love bagels and lox, a specialty you crave while in New York City. Lox, or cured salmon, is cream cheese’s best friend and we’ve made this duo even closer with our salmon smear.
Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon (wild salmon, wheat-free soy sauce, apple juice, salt, sugar)
- Sour cream
- Maple syrup
- Cream cheese
- Spices
How to eat:
Our salmon smear makes for the perfect spread on bagels or any toast. It’s creamy, smoky and just plain decadent. We also like to dip crackers and raw veggies in the smear. Try this out next time you host your friends and want to level up the classic charcuterie board! Pro tip: squeeze lemon on top or add freshly ground pepper or chives just before serving!
