Sweet, tangy, and spicy, our tropical twist on a classic mignonette combines juicy mango with vinegar, shallots, Thai chilis, and a lively blend of spices. Spoon it over raw oysters for the perfect balance of bright acidity, fruity sweetness, and lingering heat. It’s also delicious with grilled fish, shrimp, crab, ceviche, poke, fish tacos, as a salad dressing and more.

Storage & handling

Keep refrigerated at 40°F or below in the original sealed container. Stir or shake gently before serving, as natural separation may occur. Always use a clean utensil and keep refrigerated after opening. Consume by the use-by date printed on the package, and do not leave unrefrigerated for more than two hours.
