Just a taste… 🔪🐟 The very first of the season California-caught Bluefin Tuna has arrived — but in super limited supply. We’re talkin’ a teaser amount headed to just a few of our farmers’ market locations and in stock at our Harbor shop this weekend. (Though there will be a small supply of Akimi and Otoro cut Sashimi at all markets while supply lasts.) 🍣 🏃 We know not every market will have it — and we wish we had enough to go around — but there’s plenty more Bluefin to come as the season gets rollin. If you miss out this time, stay close… we’ll keep you posted! Speaking of teasers… 🤭 the first of the season FRESH King Salmon is also making a low-key debut this weekend. 🤫 We’re excited but don’t wanna be too excited since we can’t yet offer it to all location shoppers. Our FRESH King supply is also super limited but can be found at select markets and at our Harbor shop. 👑 ⚓️ Don’t let a little bridge traffic keep you from the goods — we promise it’ll be worth it. ☺️

🚨MONCHONG ALERT! Ever had Monchong (aka Pomfret)? If you have, you know why people go wild for it. If you haven’t… well, today might just be your lucky day. 🍀 We got our hands on just 3 of these buttery beauts—roughly 15 lbs of fillet total—fresh from Southern Cal. That’s it. Available in shop today until it vanishes into someone’s sizzling pan. 🐟🔥 This elusive delicacy is a total showstopper, it had us swooning over its glistening gorgeous scales today. 💙💜 In some spots, Monchong fetches close to $50/lb! Folks say it’s one of the best-eating fish out there. Yeah. That level. So tell us—have you tried Monchong before? How’d you cook it? Was it love at first bite?

👑 They’re here… and they’re glorious. First of the season FRESH wild Alaskan King Salmon just landed at H&H! No local commercial season again this year (cue the collective seafood sigh), but we’re thrilled to be working with these beauties from the icy waters of Alaska. We’re not the ones catching these fish—but we are the ones breaking them down with care, precision, and just a touch of reverence. 🔪 We use every last bit: • Heads heading to select farmers markets this weekend • Collars featured at all locations (hello, grilled perfection) • And yes—we even scrape the backbone to craft our famous Salmon Burgers. No waste, all flavor. We’re stocked and ready, and while nothing’s ever guaranteed, we expect to have fresh King Salmon available throughout the season.

Something new just landed—Head-On Gulf Prawns! They’re just like the wild, previously frozen Gulf shrimp you know and love that we keep in stock… but with their delicious little helmets still intact. Keeping the head on means major flavor boost for sauces, stocks, and seafood broths. And if you’ve never had a prawn head deep fried—consider this your sign. Crispy, savory, and totally next-level. They clock in at about a 10 count per pound, and we’re excited to say these beauties will be a regular offering moving forward. For this weekend, you’ll find them in the shop, at the San Francisco Ferry Plaza, and Sunnyvale Farmers Markets. Come snag some—we think you’re gonna be hooked. 🦐
