Really excited about this little guy, and I say little because they are quite little.
Pacific oysters generally are named after the inlet in which the oyster bed is grown. These are from Point Reyes, and we love getting the opportunity to have them as they're about as local as you can get.
These oysters are not very sweet. They're very salty, very briny, really like that hit of an ocean to the mouth when you have 'em. But they're delicious. Their size ranges from very small to medium.

Say hello to our little but mighty Pacific oysters, straight from the lively shores of Point Reyes. Don't let their small size fool you - these ocean gems are full of personality, offering your palate a refreshing splash of sea essence. Unlike their sugary peers, these shell-bound treasures deliver a wave of salty goodness that's undeniably bold and distinctly briny. From tiny to medium-sized, these sea stars may be small in stature, but they pack a flavorful punch. Whether you're craving a seafood nibble or planning an oceanic banquet, these pint-sized Pacific pearls are here to elevate your dining affair. Trust us; these natives of Point Reyes might be small, but they're huge on taste!
