Our Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs start with pasture-raised eggs from our very own crewmember, Cindy — yes, that Cindy from the San Francisco Ferry Building and Palo Alto Farmers Market. The same Cindy you know, love, and trust for the good stuff.

We fold silky smoked salmon directly into the filling, blending it with mustard, mayo, a touch of sweetness, and warm spices for a creamy, savory bite with just the right amount of depth.

Then we take it one step further — each egg is topped with flakes of our Salmon & Candy for a sweet-smoky finish that makes these seriously snackable.
