Stonestown Galleria Farmers' Market

Every Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM, the Stonestown Galleria blooms into a colorful farmers' market managed by the Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM). This not-for-profit organization is all about fostering connections—between conscious farmers, producers, and the community—within an Earth-friendly and equitable food system.

For over 38 years, AIM has been a champion of local food, supporting more than 350 farmers and artisans from 40 California counties through its network of eight Certified Farmers Markets. They're not just about markets, though; they're educators and innovators, offering everything from hands-on and virtual learning to mobile markets that bring fresh produce to those less able to access it. They ensure everyone can partake through programs like CalFresh/EBT and Market Match.

The recent pandemic highlighted the essential role of farmers' markets in our communities, standing alongside grocery stores as vital sources of nutrition for all socioeconomic groups. As the food landscape evolves with new societal and environmental needs, AIM is at the forefront, adapting and pushing forward a vision for a vibrant, just, and sustainable food system.
