Instructions

Let get started by cooking your Dungeness Crab. You have a couple different options. We prefer to steam it. To steam  it, place your steamer basket into a large pot and fill the pot with around an inch of water. Bring the water to a boil and add your Dungness Crab. Cooking until the Dungeness Crab turn a bright red (usually takes about 15 minutes.) Once your Crab is cooked, it's time to get crackin' and remove the meat.

Bring a large pan of water to a boil and your fettuccine. Make sure to salt the water. 🧂

Heat a sauce pan to medium heat. Once heated add olive oil and start sautéing the garlic. When garlic is sautéd, add in heavy cream. When it start to boil add in Parmesan cheese stirring until fully incorporated. Add in half of Dungness Crab meat and salt Alfredo to taste.

The pasta should be finished cooking around this time. Remove the pasta from heat and strain. Return the pasta back to the pot and mix in Alfredo sauce.

Plate pasta and top with fresh Basil Dungeness Crab and Parmesan cheese.
