Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Fresh Local Petrale Sole
  • 3 tbs Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbs Pepper

Instructions

Start by melting 2 tbsp of butter in a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat. Once melted add your Petrale Sole and season with Salt and Pepper.

Once your Sole starts to turn a nice golden brown flip (usually takes about two-three minutes).

When Sole is finished cooking transfer to a plate. In the same pan you cooked your Sole, add your lemon juice and 1 tbsp of butter. Once the butter is melted and everything is incorporated, pour over your plated Petrale Sole.
