Prep your ingredients! Mince Garlic, cut White Onion and Cabbage into thin slices, and rough chop Cilantro.
Heat your pan. Once heated add Miso and start sautéing White Onions. Once sautéd add in Rockfish, Garlic, Salt, Hot Paprika, and Hot Sauce. As the Rockfish starts to cook, break it apart with you spatula until it's broken down into smaller pieces.
When the Rockfish is cooked, heat your Tortilla in the same pan.
Fill your Tortilla with your Rockfish mixture and top with Cabbage and Cilantro.
