About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office as a part-time Bookkeeper.

We are Hans Haveman and Heidi Rhodes. Since 2003, we’ve worked as a team to provide our customers with the freshness and quality assurance they have come to trust of our seafood.

Our main location/office is in the heart of the Santa Cruz Harbor, so you get to work with a nice view. We operate at Farmers' Markets throughout the Bay Area weekly, selling directly to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Entry
  • Reconciliation of several accounts
  • Auditing of retail sales
  • Filing
  • Banking

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in Quickbooks/Quickbooks Online (QBO)
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
