We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our office as a part-time Data Entry Operator.

We are Hans Haveman and Heidi Rhodes. Since 2003, we’ve worked as a team to provide our customers with the freshness and quality assurance they have come to trust of our seafood. 

Our main location/office is in the heart of the Santa Cruz Harbor, so you get to work with a nice view. 😎 We operate at Farmers' Markets throughout the Bay Area weekly, selling directly to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for Quickbooks entry
• Reviewing data for errors and correcting
• Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

Requirements:

• Proficient in Quickbooks/Quickbooks Online (QBO) 
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• High school diploma
