Unlike wet-packed scallops, which are often treated with preservatives or chemicals, our dry-packed scallops are free from artificial additives or liquids, ensuring you get the purest and most authentic scallop flavor.
You may notice that some of our scallops have an orange color. This is a natural occurrence caused by the scallops being female scallops that were spawning when they were harvested. This will not affect the taste or quality of the scallops and is a natural occurrence.
