Delicately cured and beautifully balanced, our Salmon Gravlax is made using Wild Alaskan King Salmon and a traditional Nordic curing method of salt, sugar, and fresh dill. The result is silky, tender slices with a clean, subtly sweet flavor and aromatic herbal finish.

You may see the word “lox” used broadly, but technically lox refers to salmon cured primarily with salt, while gravlax (or “lax”) is cured with a combination of salt, sugar, and dill, creating a more nuanced flavor profile with gentle sweetness and bright herbal notes. Our version is true gravlax — thoughtfully prepared to highlight the natural richness of the fish without overpowering it.

Our salmon has been handled according to best practices for raw consumption and has been previously frozen, a standard step that helps ensure safety while maintaining excellent quality and texture.
