These beautiful little Kumamotos are giving us major Fall vibes. 🍂🦪 Kumies are a favorite oyster to many and one we’ve been lucky to keep in stock the last couple months. Ours are coming from Oakland, WA and are known for having a mild brine with a melon-scented flavor. Come on down and give em a try! 🗡🍈 We’ve got shucking knives and even our delicious house-made Mignonette or new lacto-fermented Jalapeño Vinegar to go with. 🤌🏼 We are excited to send some with @shuckedrawbar for a very special wedding this weekend - some of our very own CSF Club members.❣️🦪💍 Aww shucks!

His knife skills are unmatched, filleting fish with precision that's nothing short of an art form. 🔪 Whether he's in the kitchen or behind the counter, DJ is a jack of all trades, making the most of every day that he's at the shop. 🐟 But it's not just about his skills and baby blue eyes 😉 – DJ is the kind of guy who makes work feel like family. His friendly demeanor and helpful nature make him a pleasure to be around. 🤗 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 A dedicated family man with two awesome sons, DJ brings a unique blend of expertise and warmth to our team.
