Our local rock crab claws are a special Monterey Bay treat; they’re cooked fresh and sold uncracked. Their meat is sweet, succulent, and tender and can be eaten as is, steamed to reheat, or if you can resist eating them right away, turned into crab cakes. You don’t want to miss out on these- get enough for the family so no one has to fight over a claw!

Dungeness Crab season is over but don’t fret! 💥 Rock Crab is still around. You can always find Rock Crab year-round at our main shop and farmers’ markets thanks to our fisherman and local legend @mattrockhold 🙌🏽 Rock Crab has some of the most succulent and tender meat—so much meaty bang for your buck. 😉 They are great enjoyed many different ways, but if it's steamed or turned into crab cakes then there is no doubt that this will be a hit for your next meal! His knife skills are unmatched, filleting fish with precision that's nothing short of an art form. 🔪 Whether he's in the kitchen or behind the counter, DJ is a jack of all trades, making the most of every day that he's at the shop. 🐟 But it's not just about his skills and baby blue eyes 😉 – DJ is the kind of guy who makes work feel like family.
