Starry flounder is usually caught as bycatch from the halibut fishery. We sell these flounder to avoid wasting fish, but also sell halibut caught via rod and reel. Flounder has a delicate and slightly sweet flavor profile. You can’t go wrong when you pair it with its two best friends: lemon and butter!

We’ve got local Sardines! 🐟🐟 These little guys are uncleaned and previously frozen using the IQF method, which means they are top quality and will defrost beautifully. For those who may not be familiar, IQF stands for Individually Quick Frozen, and it’s the best way to preserve the freshness and flavor of seafood. Instead of freezing the sardines in one big block, each one is frozen individually, ensuring that they don’t stick together and maintain their texture and taste. Our CSF Club members received these local Sardines this week in their delivery. If you’re a member, we would love to know how you liked them! If you’re not yet a member, join the Club and get a taste of the freshest, most delicious seafood around. 🎣📦
